At Quality Homes Construction, building isn't simply what we do — it's what we're passionate about.

Led by brothers Jeanne and Anton Willemse, Quality Homes brings together more than 40 years of combined construction experience, spanning major construction projects, luxury homes, extensive renovations and smaller alterations.

That experience has taught us that no two projects — or homeowners — are quite the same. We take pride in the details, the relationships we build and the care we bring to every site, regardless of the project's size.

This means we offer more than simply constructing what appears on a plan. We can share practical insights, discuss opportunities and help clients refine details as their projects develop, working alongside their appointed designers and professional team where appropriate.

For clients based overseas, we place particular value on clear communication, regular coordination and keeping them informed throughout the build.

Construction project management remains at the heart of Quality Homes. We also offer turnkey construction for selected projects and renovations, depending on the nature and requirements of the work.

01 / OUR CORE SERVICE

Construction Project Management

Our open-book management approach puts the client at the centre of the process. We coordinate construction, oversee progress and workmanship, and manage the project transparently. Clients approve and pay subcontractors directly, with an agreed management fee and no markups on subcontractor claims or materials supplied at cost.

02 / SELECTED PROJECTS

Turnkey Construction

For suitable new-build and renovation projects, we may offer a turnkey arrangement. The scope of work, pricing, payment schedule and responsibilities are agreed specifically for that project, giving clients a different way to engage our team.

These are distinct service models. Project management terms, including direct subcontractor payments and no upfront construction deposit, do not automatically apply to turnkey agreements.
